# Stellantis DAP Co-Op Rules: What Dealerships Need to Know to Get Paid

This is a practical summary of the 2026 Dealer Accelerate Program rules for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealers. Use it to plan advertising that qualifies for reimbursement. Confirm current requirements on tier3adcoop.com before you produce or claim an ad. Stellantis can change the program with 30 days’ notice.

## Key takeaways

- Dealers earn advertising money on new 2025 and 2026 model-year vehicle sales.
- Ad must run within 3 months after the month the money was earned (NVDR month).
- Failure can result in a chargeback and a 90-day suspension from the program.

## What DAP is

Dealers earn advertising money on new 2025 and 2026 model-year vehicle sales. The money must be spent on new-vehicle advertising inside a short window. If you do not opt in (or if you later opt out), you earn nothing and also lose eligibility for other Stellantis co-op programs when they are available.

Enrollment runs through December 31, 2026. The next opt-out window is December 7–11, 2026.

## How much you earn

**Table: What a new vehicle earns under DAP, by invoice date**

| Invoice date | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Before July 31, 2025 | $150 at NVDR (those units already earned $250 under the old program) |
| August 1 – December 31, 2025 | $125 dealer contribution at invoice + $275 Stellantis match at NVDR |
| January 1, 2026 and after | $125 dealer contribution at invoice + $275 Stellantis match at NVDR |

After November 1, 2025 invoice accruals, 25% of the total goes into a Bonus Fund. The other 75% stays in the Base Fund. The two funds cannot be used for each other’s claims.

**New dealers, buy/sells, and new points** get start-up funds: Planning Potential ÷ 12 × $400. Example: 300 planning potential = $10,000. These dollars must be spent within 6 months of the month they are issued and are used first.

## What each fund pays for

**Base Fund (75%)**

Pays 100% of eligible ad expense for any eligible media type. Claims pull from the oldest eligible month first.

**Bonus Fund (25%)**

Pays 100% only when the vendor is a Stellantis Certified Digital provider. Eligible media: VIN-specific, OLV, CTV, PMAX, and Social.

Comcast, Spectrum, and Front Door Solutions can also be used for OLV and CTV only.

Certified provider list: fcadigitalcertified.com

If you do not have enough certified digital activity, Bonus dollars expire unused.

## Deadlines

- Ad must run within 3 months after the month the money was earned (NVDR month).
- Claim must be submitted no later than 2 months after the last day of the month the ad ran, the billboard was installed, or the mail dropped.
- Missing documents: 30 days after the email notice. Do not start a new claim.
- Appeal: 30 days after the denial email. Late appeals and appeals on expired funds are rejected.
- After the appeal window, the money is gone.
- All submissions (claims, pre-approvals, missing docs, appeals) go through tier3adcoop.com only. Email, mail, and fax are not accepted.
- Approved claims are credited to the parts account on or about the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

## Proof of payment

Every quarter, two previously paid claims are selected for proof of payment.

Deadline: last day of the 3rd month after the claim was submitted. Example: selected January 15 → due April 30.

Accepted documents (must connect the invoice and vendor to the dealer’s payment):

- Credit card statement
- Bank statement
- Cancelled check
- ACH transfer receipt
- Vendor statement showing $0.00 balance for the service month
- Postal receipt

Failure can result in a chargeback and a 90-day suspension from the program.

## Advertising rules that decide whether you get paid

**Must do**

- 100% of the ad supports Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, or FIAT, **or** at least 75% new-vehicle with up to 25% CPOV.
- If you use the 25% CPOV option, the new and CPOV sections must be separated by a solid line or box, and the CPOV section must include the CPOV logo. Standalone CPOV ads are not eligible.
- State the current or previous model year, or say “New.”
- Include all applicable FCA US LLC logos. Use only approved logos from CARGO. Do not distort them.
- When the monthly sales event requires a campaign logo, use it with your dealership brand logos. Old campaign logos are not allowed.
- For Ram vehicles, never use “Dodge Ram.” Ram is a separate brand.
- Up to 10% of an ad can be parts and service. Standalone parts or service ads are not eligible.
- Vehicle listing images must be clean, in a clean setting, with the vehicle as the hero.

**Will get the entire ad denied**

- Any traditional used or pre-owned vehicle, or any mention of used or pre-owned (CPOV is the only exception, and only inside the 25% separated treatment).
- Ads combined with any other manufacturer (exception: CJDR dealers with a non-paired FIAT franchise may include FIAT).
- These words or phrases: Bailout, Blowout, Liquidation, Wholesale, Distress, Factory Outlet, Factory Authorized, Manufacturer/Factory Challenged, Below/Under Invoice, Buy One Get One, or any reference to a recall, safety issue, technical bulletin, or parts availability for a required repair.
- Claiming your store has favorable status by naming another FCA dealer.
- Religious, racial, or political overtones, or insulting/profane language.
- Using Tier I or Tier II content (factory or regional creative licensed only for those tiers). The dealer is responsible for any third-party claims that result.
- Personally identifiable information left in claim documents.

## October 2026 “Drive Into Fall” requirements

- Brand advertised: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram required where those brands appear.
- Direct mail, email, digital display, paid social: “Drive Into Fall” logo required.
- Radio and call campaigns: audio mention required.
- Broadcast and digital video: logo and audio mention required.
- Print: the requirement cell is blacked out on the monthly chart. Do not assume a logo is required. Confirm before producing print.

General rules exempt magazines, direct mail, outdoor, SEM, and shopping ads from campaign-logo requirements. When the monthly chart and the general rules differ, pre-approve the ad on the portal.

## Digital advertising rules

Traffic from both certified and non-certified vendors must go to the dealer’s Stellantis Certified Digital website. Dealers without a certified digital website cannot be reimbursed for digital marketing.

**Certified Digital only** (auto-submitted or submitted by a designated provider on a Stellantis invoice noting DAP eligibility):

- SEM / Paid Search
- Shopping Ads
- Discovery Ads
- Multi-Channel
- Performance Max (PMAX)
- Creative services
- Equity mining
- Lead reanimation
- Lead generators

**Can be claimed with a non-certified vendor** (still must land on the certified site):

- Display
- Digital video (OLV)
- OTT
- Streaming radio
- SEO (itemized invoice + performance metrics)
- Paid social (screenshot showing it is a paid post; carousels need every card)
- Vehicle pricing tool (rules name vAuto Conquest from Cox as the only eligible tool)

**Not eligible at all**

- Reputation management
- Custom creative production costs
- Agency fees (management, commissions, tech, production) outside the Certified Digital program. Inside Certified Digital, basic production means dealerizing existing or Stellantis-provided assets only.

Dealer website fees are reimbursable only if the dealer has an active Certified Digital Retailing tool, approved eVN vehicle imagery, program-approved website templates and lead tools, and meets DAP advertising standards.
