#Who publishes this site

This website is published by AIXIS LLC, doing business as Carbide Digital. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the entity meant. Contact is by email to team@carbidedigital.io or through the inquiry form; the site publishes no phone number and no street address, and asks you not to send confidential customer data, credentials or regulated information through either route.

#These terms are not the services agreement

If you are a Carbide Digital customer, the work is governed by the AIXIS Services Agreement you signed and the Order that cites it, not by this page. Where the two differ on anything about the services — scope, fees, term, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, liability or termination — the signed agreement controls and this page does not modify it.

These terms cover the website: reading it, using its research, and submitting the inquiry form. Both can be true at once, and a customer is bound by both for the thing each one covers.

#What the published research is, and is not

The measurements, comparisons, method write-ups and industry research on this site are published so the reasoning behind them can be checked. They describe what was measured, when, and on what — they are not a promise that the same result will occur on your site, in your market, or at any point in the future.

Search engines, answer engines and advertising platforms change their behaviour on their own schedule and without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a ranking, an AI citation, an impression, a click, a lead, a conversion rate or a revenue outcome, and no statement here should be read as one. A figure attached to a named site and a date is a record of that measurement, not a forecast for yours.

#Not professional advice

Content on this site is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, compliance, franchise, employment or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. Automotive content in particular touches advertising, disclosure, privacy and OEM-program rules that vary by state, brand and agreement — confirm anything consequential with your own counsel, your OEM and the responsible authority before acting on it.

#Using the inquiry form

The inquiry form exists to start a conversation. Submitting it does not create an engagement, a contract, a reservation of capacity or any obligation on either side, and neither does a reply to it. Work begins when a written agreement is signed, not before.

Give accurate information, and submit only on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. Do not submit another person's information without their authority, and do not send confidential customer records, passwords, API keys, payment details or regulated data — none of that is needed to evaluate a request, and the form is not built to receive it.

• Nothing you submit is treated as confidential unless a signed agreement makes it so

#Acceptable use of the site

You may read, quote with attribution, and share the research published here. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, circumvent its security or rate limiting, republish substantial portions as your own work, misrepresent its findings, or use it to train a system that reproduces it as original content.

Attempted intrusion, interference with the service, and use of the site to distribute malware or unlawful material are prohibited, and access may be blocked without notice where any of those occur.

#Intellectual property

The text, research, diagrams, method descriptions, code and design of this site are owned by AIXIS LLC unless a page states otherwise. Product names, brand names and marks belonging to other companies — dealership platforms, OEMs, advertising and search providers — are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify and discuss those products. Their appearance on this site implies no sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or partnership in either direction.

Ownership of work produced for a customer is settled by the signed services agreement, not by this page.

#Third-party links and services

Pages here link to documentation, primary sources and third-party tools so a claim can be checked at its source. Those destinations are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, pricing, terms or privacy practices, and a link is a citation rather than an endorsement.

The site itself runs on services described in the privacy policy — Cloudflare for hosting, network security and the bot challenge, and Resend for delivering inquiry email. Their availability is not something we control or warrant.

#Availability, changes and disclaimers

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy, and we may change, move or remove any page without notice. Published research carries the date it was measured; a page that has not been revised is not thereby a statement that its subject has not changed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of this website or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in it affects the liability terms of a signed services agreement, which govern the services on their own terms.

#Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles — the same governing law the AIXIS Services Agreement states for the services themselves.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The effective date above is revised when a material change is published, and continuing to use the site after that date means the current version applies. Questions about this page go to team@carbidedigital.io.
